What is an action plan?
An action plan is literally a plan of action. You define a goal – in this case, getting an psychic phone reading – and then you plan the action steps to getting the best reading possible.
Why implement an action plan?
You can get a reading just by making a call with the reader of your choice. Maybe you’re looking for the adventure, maybe you have a specific issue or area that you want to address. You’re just hoping that your issue or area comes up “somewhere” in the reading. It would be even better if you could find out how this issue came about, what you should know about it, what your options are, and what would happen if you were to act on each option. Let’s hope that all of this happens for you.
Even better, you can ensure that this all happens for you by being more proactive. You can do this by looking for a reader whose style matches yours. Take a look at the readers’ profiles, read their bios and the feedback left by other clients. Who resonates with you? Once you make the call, determine if there is a connection. If so, great! If not, say thank you and hang up. This will not be taken personally.
Next, define the problem areas that you want to address and write out succinct questions. Meditating before you call will help you to be relaxed and open. Finally, keep an open mind, ready to work with your reader do uncover your truths.
This approach will help you get answers that are focused on your issues, provide a good overall view of your life, show how issues or blocks have developed, and what options are open to resolving them. You will walk away with the tools that they need to make informed decisions and take informed action.
Your action plan
- Understand why you want a reading.
- Try to find a reader that you feel you can work with.
- Develop a list of questions you want to cover.
- Take a time out to meditate, or just take a walk alone, before calling for a reading. This will help to clear their mind, and open them up to whatever the reading brings.
- Form a bond with the reader, rather than setting up walls that the reader must climb.
- Remain open to whatever direction the reading takes.
- Ask any questions that the reader might have.
- Become an active participant in the reading.
- Openly discuss the options presented by the reade.
- Remain open to at least thinking about any and all tools of empowerment gifted by the reader.
Dream interpretation action plan
- Write down your dream as soon as you wake up – even if you have to write it down and go back to sleep!
- Try to remember as much about the dream as you can – the colors, the smells, the atmosphere, the weather, the buildings and people, how everything interacts – write down everything that comes to you, even if you do not feel that it is important.
- Write down how you felt when you woke up – were you scared, sad, happy – what emotions did your dream evoke?
- Go back over your dream when you have time, and jot down the major symbols. Think about these symbols, and what they connect to in your life.
- Draw up a list of questions to ask your reader about your dream.
- Enter your reading with an open state of mind.
- Be an active participant in your reading.
- Know that your reader acts as a gateway to information that is already within you – the information just needs to be brought to the conscious level and connected to your current life.
Past Life reading
- When there is no apparent cause for an obstacle, block, issue, or negative repetitive pattern in your life, know that the most likely explanation is that the root cause exists in actions taken in another lifetime. To heal the issue, you have to “revisit” that past lifetime.
- Be very sure that you are comfortable with a reader before you do a past life reading.
- Try and define the issue(s) or pattern(s) in this lifetime that you need to understand the root cause of.Know that the healing has to take place by going back into that other lifetime and “rewriting” the ending to the actions that were taken. A mental picture of positive results is formed, and a healing takes place. That healing is then brought forward into this lifetime.
- Know that you may feel some affects physically, emotionally, or psychologically as your system becomes aligned with the healing begun in the past lifetime.
Reader’s action plan
Readers as well as advice seekers need to have action plans. A reader’s action plan includes:
- Making a strong initial connection with the Seeker.
- Making the Seeker feel comfortable during their reading.
- Performing the reading to the best of their ability.
- Making sure that all of the Seeker’s questions get answered.
- Making sure that the Seeker is aware of the opportunities open to them.
- Discussing the pro’s and con’s of acting on each opportunity.
- Discussing with the Seeker the skills that they have to resolve their issues.
- Providing the Seeker with tools of empowerment, such as affirmations, journaling, or dream work, that will help move them forward.
Conclusion
Taking responsibility for your life, staying in the present, and using the tool of intuitive advice will help you to make informed decisions and take informed actions. Using an action plan within the scope of your reading allows you to add focus and intent to your reading. Any area of life can be addressed – relationship, career, finances, home and family – anything that you want to address. Use your action plan wisely!
