1. Using your telephone as a learning tool.
We have all had the experience of hearing the phone ring and knowing who was calling, even before we picked up the phone. A great way to develop your psychic power is to close you eyes and picture the person on the other end of the phone before you answer it. Keep track of how many times you are right … over time, you will find this very basic skill increasing tremendously!
2. Sports as a learning tool.
Find a sport that interests you, and write down what you think the outcome of the game will be before it is played. Allow the answer to come to you … don’t try and focus on who is on the injured list, what the outcome of previous games between the two teams was, or any other sports “trivia”. Just think of it as a game, and sense the name of the winning team in your mind. Keep track of your answers, and over time you will find your ability to predict the winner, even with no prior knowledge of the teams, will increase.
3. Work with friends.
Get together with a group of like minded friends. Working with a standard deck of playing cards, one person will pull a card, face down, while the others try to guess what it is. This activity helps with what is termed “precognitive” ability … the ability to sense something that has already happened, but that you have no prior knowledge of.
4. Include meditation in your life.
Any type of meditation that you wish to do is fine. The object here is to slow down your mind, and allow you to become more in touch with yourself. Breath deeply, and as you exhale, feel all of your cares and worries floating away. Allow thoughts to come as they will … acknowledge them, then release them. Become one with yourself, become one with the moment.
5. Read auras.
When you meet someone, what color impression do you get from them? You do not have to know how to read the person’s aura to allow the impression of the predominate color of their aura to come to you. What feelings come with that aura? What are they projecting about themselves that they may not even be aware of. Are they happy? Are they sad? Are they angry? Are they in a hurry? These are big clues that we can use in dealing with people on an everyday basis. The longer you consciously use this technique, the more naturally it will come to you. It will become a basic tool for everyday use, and will help you make informed decisions and take informed actions.

6. Work with divination tools.
Take the time to become familiar with at least one tool of divination, such as Tarot, astrology, palmistry, playing cards, Runes or crystals. Work with them on a consistent basis … at least weekly. This will help you to develop “clear sight”, and allow you to better work with the images in your daily life.
7. Pay attention to your surroundings.
Most of us go through life in a semi-fog. We drive to work in the morning, and remember nothing about how we got there. We drive on automatic pilot, with out minds working at warp speed on the issues of the moment. In doing this we miss many clues that could give us a great deal of information about our environment, and the people in it. Make a promise to yourself to live “in the moment”. Take notice of the weather outside your window. Is it sunny? Is it rainy? Is the wind blowing? Are the stars out? Is there a full moon? Pay attention to the people that you deal with in the course of your day. What are they wearing? What is their body posture? What are they saying? How are they saying it? How do you feel when you enter a room with other people in it? Are you comfortable? Are you uneasy? Who or what is making you feel comfortable … or uneasy? Living in the moment will allow you to develop your intuition to a very high extent, which will, in turn, allow you to accomplish your goals with greater ease.
8. Work with geometric images.
Make up a set of cards that are blank on one side, and have geometric forms on the other side. Forms that you may want to use include triangle, circle, square, straight line, and wavy line. You can work with these alone, or in a group setting. If you choose to work alone, mix the cards well, and draw them, one at a time, face down. As you draw each card, write down your impression of which geometric form is on the other side. If you are working in a group setting, have one person designated to draw the cards, and have he or she draw them face down. The skill set here is precognition, or intuition, not telepathy.
9. Read books.
One of the best ways to develop your psychic power is to read as much as you can on the field in general, and on the specific ability that you wish to develop. See what others are doing, and try it for yourself. Search for blogs (Internet journals) in the subject … this is an excellent way to keep yourself up to date on what is going on in the field of psychic power.
10. Group work with telekinesis.
This works best with a small group of like minded people … and can be a great deal of fun! Seat yourselves comfortably in a circle (seated in chairs, on sofa’s, or on the floor … it doesn’t matter, as long as you are comfortable). Designate one individual to start the exercise. Have them hold an image of a person, place or thing in their mind. Each of the other members in the group writes down as much of the image as they can picture. This helps to develop the ability to focus, as well as the ability to receive an image mentally from another person.
Whatever you choose to do, work with it consistently, and have fun! Your life will change in small ways, and you will find yourself accomplishing much more than you were before you began this work. You will open yourself to the person that you really can be!
